To post a new Auction, click on “Post Auction”, if you have not signed on, the log-on screen is displayed to allow you to sign on. If you are not a member, click “Join Now” and register as a new user. If you are already a member, key in your user ID and password and the system will direct you to posting a new Auction.
Detail explanation of each field:
Category: Select the Category that best identifies you’re your Auction. Sub Category: Select a sub Category that best identifies your Auction. Commission Rate: Commission rate is the rate of commission a seller will need to pay in order to get the winning bidders information. The rate is very minimal and will vary from 0% to 15% based on the product and type of seller’s membership. Product Name: Name of the product to be auctioned. Product Description: Detailed description of product to be auctioned. Quantity: Quantity of product/s to be auctioned. Quantity per unit: Enter how many in each unit i.e. if 1 dozen enter 12. Posting Date: Date auction is being posted Closing Date: Auction closing date and time Bid Starting Amount: The amount a seller wishes to start the bid. Desired Increment: The amount of increase between each bid Reserve Price: The minimum amount a seller will consider selling the product. Currency: Use the drop down menu to select your local currency. Number of Pages in Tender Document: Key in the number of pages contained in the Tender document. Auction document charges: If there are any charges, provide how much the charges are for the document Auction Document Page Type: Select the type of page your Tender document is printed on Auction Document Language: Select the Language in which your Tender document is printed. Contact Person Detail: Provide contact information on the person to contact with regards to the tender. Brand Name: Brand name of the product to be auctioned. Dimension of each item: Enter dimension of each items length, width, depth, and use the drop down menu to select the unit of measurement. Total dimension of Consignment: Enter dimension of total length, width, depth and use the drop down menu to select the unit of measurement. Weight of each item: Enter the weight and select unit of measurement. Total weight of the Consignment: Enter total weight and select unit of measurement. Color: If relevant, to product being auctioned, enter the color that best descries the product. Material Type: Enter type of material. Suggested Retail Price per unit: Enter retail price of the product being auctioned Date of Manufacture: If applicable, enter date the product was manufactured. Date of Expiry: If applicable, enter when the product will expire Product City: Enter city where the product is being shipped from. Product Country: Select country product is being shipped from. Product Continent: System will default to the appropriate continent based on selected country. Product Origin: Country where the product was manufactured.
